The Ruins - coming to a theatre on March 8th

The ruins, staring our favourite actress, Ms Jena Malone, is currently in post production and is set for a release date of March 8th. Lets have a peak at the plot shall we?

A group of friends whose leisurely Mexican holiday takes a turn for the worse when they, along with a fellow tourist embark on a remote archaeological dig in the jungle, where something evil lives among the ruins.

Can’t think of any scary movie that Jena has been in, perhaps this is a first? Check out the trailer to see what I mean.

Jena’s top 10 bands of 2007

Not sure how this came about, and frankly I don’t quite understand - but we all know that Jena is in love with her music and film career. Apparently Jena has posted a “top 10″ on filter-mag.com - stating her top 10 (favourite?) bands.

Actors turned musicians are kind of sketch transitions now a days. A select few can pull it off without losing their unique integrity or personal style. Into The Wild’s Jena Malone is definitely one who can effortlessly shine in either field of entertainment.

Jena drives a mini

I think the only reason why I like Mini’s are because of the movie .. the Italian Job. Anyhow, my sources say that Jena owns a yellow one. Nice!

I saw Jena Malone pulling out of the parking lot of the Whole Foods on the corner of Fairfax and Third at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, August 11. She was driving a cute yellow Mini, and looked absolutely fabulous. Really gorgeous. Her skin has cleared up, and her hair’s grown out.
