Jena Malone at Cannes 2006 Video
Well folks, I’ve stumbled, trekked and rumbled across the Internet and I’ve managed to land my hands on the Jena Malone “Lying” interview that happened at the Cannes Film Festival 2006.
The interview is with director Mr M.Blash and Jena Malone herself. Don’t worry, I’ll stop rambling and let you get on with the show.
Movie Outline;
A long weekend brings four women together in the countryside. Virtual strangers, the women are forced to navigate the depths of social interaction. On the surface all seems placid. But the atmosphere of calm is a facade.

Towards the beginning the director mentions a movie Jena is a part of.
It sounds like “88 Manor Shades”.
I searched, but couldn’t find anything. Does anyone know?
I’m not surprised, because at this moment there isn’t a movie yet.
M Blash was talking about a movie project that I has planned for years with Jena in mind, but is still seeking funding/investment for. Due to his experiences in Cannes 2005, he returned this year using his current movie “Lying” and Jena as a bait to attract the interest of producers and subsequently investment to make that movie happen…
Personally, I hope he and Jena have succeeded. Don’t you?
Good news!!
